Department of Roga Nidan & Vikriti Vijnana

Department of Roga Nidan & Vikriti Vigjyana deals with aetiopathological basis of diseases, clinical presentations and various investigative procedures involved. Besides, these scope it also imparting etiological knowledge to students by facilitating the interaction between patients and students through clinical examination procedures.

The students of IIMT Ayurveda Medical College are given training on essential topics like aetiology, differential diagnosis, and clinical features and also for improving their proficiency in history taking. The academics conduct clinical classes with the support of updated imaging technologies. Department holds a sophisticated laboratory having facilities for haematological, biochemical and microbiological investigations, where daily practical sessions are held under the guidance of experts

The vision of Department is to provide excellent teaching and training to students in diagnostic aspects thereby strengthening Ayurveda through scientific researches and thus to be a centre of excellence.
